Jam Cookies
Nutritional values per serving: 2920 cal, 53g protein, 185g carbs, 223g fat

Ingredients :
For the dough:- 200g spelt flour
- 100g ground almonds
- 200g cold margarine
- 100g erythritol or stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
For the filling:
- 150g Winter Fruit Jam by foodspring
- Mix flour and ground almonds in a bowl. Add the margarine and crumble with your hands.
- Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough with your hands. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough thinly. Use cookie cutters to cut out cookies. Cut small stars or holes in half of the cookies.
- Put a dash of Fruit Jam on the cookie pieces without a hole. Cover each with the cookie piece with the stars or holes in them. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
Winter Porridge

Ingredients (for 1 serving) :
For the porridge:- 100ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 100ml water
- 25g Whey Protein of your choice
- 50g oatmeal
- ½ tsp cinnamon
For the topping:
- Winter Fruit Jam by foodspring
- fruit of your choice, nuts, seeds, etc.
- Add milk, water, and Whey Protein to your shaker and mix well.
- Mix the contents of the shaker with the oatmeal and cinnamon in a small pot. Bring carefully to a boil. Stir occasionally until the porridge thickens. Garnish as desired with Fruit Jam, fruit, and nuts.
Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich

Ingredients (for 1 serving) :
- 2 slices Protein Bread (e.g. by foodspring)
- 15g Peanut Butter (e.g. from foodspring)
- 15g Fruit Jam Plum Cinnamon from foodspring
- 10g margarine
- Spread one slice of bread with Peanut Butter and the other with Fruit Jam. Press together.
- Heat one pan on the stovetop. Spread some margarine on the outside of the sandwich. Lightly pan fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy.

The secret is finding the right amount of fruit. More fruit = more sugar. We wanted to stay below 5% total sugar without sacrificing on taste. Without the addition of artificial flavors. And we did it!
There are no added sugars in our Fruit Jam, which makes it more vulnerable to mold. Once you’ve opened the jar, store it in the fridge. It should stay fresh for 2-3 weeks.
Ready for a little science? Put on your lab goggles! Fruit spreads require a special acidity level (pH value) for the pectin, which gives the jam its consistency and smooth mouthfeel. We use citric acid for the acid and calcium citrate to stabilize the pH. It's not harmful to the body, just a practical helping hand for the product.
