Dosing & Preparation
Mix 30g (about 3 tablespoons) of Whey Protein with 300ml water or low-fat milk. First, add the liquid to the provided shaker. Then add one serving of Whey Protein powder and shake well for 20-30 seconds. For optimal results drink 1-3 servings daily directly post-workout or in the morning.
