Dosage & Preparation

Mix 30 g (approx. 3 lightly heaped tablespoons) of Vegan Protein with 250 ml of water or plant-based skimmed milk substitute. Fill the shaker with liquid first, then add the Vegan Protein powder and shake well for 20-30 seconds. For best results drink 1 shake a day right after training or first thing in the morning.

Meh

I got the vainilla flavor and I wanted to like it so much, but I have problems with the texture and the aftertaste. It feels gritty and leaves a feeling like eating flour. I’ll stick with the Shape Shake.

Tastes good, but...

It's lacking any enzymes and the combination of the ingredients makes it further hard to digest. It only makes me fart and gives me a very uncomfortable feeling in the stomach for the whole day. I I wouldn't recommend it if you, like me, have a more delicate digestive system.

Not bad at all

I'm a bit skeptic when it comes to vanilla flavor since they can be really sweet but this is not. I really like their vegan powders!
