HIGH-CALORIE SHAKE
Ingredients for one portion
100 g Instant Oats, 30 g foodspring Chocolate Whey Protein (or your favourite whey), 2 tbsp foodspring Peanut Butter, 1 ripe banana, 400 ml milk (3.5% fat)

Preparation
- Pour the liquid into a blender.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Blend until creamy.
Espresso and Whey Shake
30 g Whey Protein (flavour of your choice) , 300 ml milk, 1 shot espresso, 1 ripe banana

Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender of your choice and mix until you get a creamy shake.
