Is it OK to eat two sachets in one sitting?

We recommend that you take one sachet as a portion for one meal. However, if you are very hungry and would like to eat two portions, you can of course do so. Just make sure that you add the right amount of water for two portions (e.g. 2 x 65g + 2 x 180ml water).

Can I eat Fuel on a day when I'm not working out?

Of course you can! The products are very well balanced in their macros, so you can eat them on a non-workout/rest day.

Can I reheat a prepared Fuel meal at a later time?

We recommend preparing Fuel only when you're ready to eat. It's very easy and fast, and the best taste and consistency is guaranteed only when freshly made. If necessary, you can reheat it in the microwave for approximately two minutes, but please be aware that the taste and consistency may not be the same. Please do not reheat it more than once!
