Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy these winter Fruit Jams all year long?

Our Winter Apple and Plum Cinnamon Fruit Jams are limited editions available only during the winter. Once the sun’s back out, we’ll brighten your day with other flavors instead. Stay tuned!

How were you able to keep the sugar content so low?

The secret is finding the right amount of fruit. More fruit = more sugar. We wanted to stay below 5% total sugar without sacrificing on taste. Without the addition of artificial flavors. And we did it!

How do I store the jam once I've opened it?

There are no added sugars in our Fruit Jam, which makes it more vulnerable to mold. Once you’ve opened the jar, store it in the fridge. It should stay fresh for 2-3 weeks.

How is your Fruit Jam so smooth?

Ready for a little science? Put on your lab goggles! Fruit spreads require a special acidity level (pH value) for the pectin, which gives the jam its consistency and smooth mouthfeel. We use citric acid for the acid and calcium citrate to stabilize the pH. It's not harmful to the body, just a practical helping hand for the product.
