Add Energy Aminos powder.

Add 1 measuring spoon of Recovery Aminos Powder (approx. 20 g) to 400 ml of water.

Shake well.

2. Shake well. Until the powder has completely dissolved.

Drink.

3. Drink right after a workout. Then relax.

Dosage & Preparation

Dissolve 1 portion (20 g = 1 measuring spoon) in at least 400 ml of water daily and drink right after your workout. A free measuring spoon is included with each tub.

How do I get the right portion? Is there a measuring spoon?

Yes! Each tub includes a measuring spoon to ensure you get the right dosage of our Energy and Recovery Aminos every time. You can’t see it once you have removed the lid? In transportation the spoon can get buried in the powder; therefore, make sure to have a look.

How did you make the post-workout so clean?

It’s simple: We want to make your workouts even more successful. But we don’t want to damage your body. That is why we have looked at exactly what your body needs for a perfect post-workout. We found the best and cleanest recovery.

Do Recovery Aminos help to prevent sore muscles?

Sore muscles mean that during your workout, your muscles are suffering from small tears. That is completely normal during an intense workout. The important factor is that you prepare your muscles as well as you can for the next training session. Aside from our BCAAs, you can also use heat treatments or light massages to prevent sore muscles.

Whey Shake or Recovery Aminos? Which is better?

It depends on your workout goals. Whey protein is the perfect source of protein for normal workouts. You can also drink a whey shake in between. If you however want to go a step further with your workouts and perform better, then we recommend our Recovery Aminos right after every workout. And the Whey Protein? Afterwards, you can still drink a Whey Shake to reach your more ambitious fitness targets. But please make sure you are taking on plenty of liquids in the form of water (min. 3 litres).
